2. Buying Products from Us
- We sell pre-owned luxury watches, including Rolex.
- All products are inspected for authenticity.
- Prices and availability may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Selling Your Watch
- All watches must be verified for authenticity.
- ID and proof of ownership may be required.
- Offers may be withdrawn if fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.
4. Payments
We accept credit/debit cards, wire transfers, and Affirm financing. Orders are not shipped until payment clears.
5. Fraud Prevention
We may hold or cancel any order we deem suspicious. We cooperate with law enforcement where applicable.
6. Shipping
- All shipments are insured and require a signature.
- Title and risk of loss pass to buyer at confirmed delivery.
- Report discrepancies within 48 hours.
7. Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final unless stated otherwise.
- Returns must match the original condition and serial number.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.
