Two-Year Limited Warranty on Timepiece Movement
At Official Time Watch, we take pride in the quality and precision of our workmanship. That’s why every timepiece serviced/sold by us includes a comprehensive two-year limited warranty on the internal movement. This warranty covers any functional defects or issues related to the mechanical operation of the movement that may arise during the two year period.
Please note, however, that this warranty does not cover external components such as the crown, bezel, crystal, case, bracelet, or clasp, especially if damage results from accidental impact, misuse, neglect, or exposure to harsh conditions. These components, being more susceptible to external forces, are considered wear-and-tear items and are not included in the scope of movement coverage.
To maintain your warranty:
- Avoid exposing your timepiece to magnetic fields, extreme temperatures, or moisture unless it has been rated and pressure tested for such conditions.
- Do not operate the crown or chronograph pushers underwater unless the watch is specifically designed for diving and all gaskets are in proper condition.
- Any independent repairs, alterations, or tampering will void the warranty.

This warranty is valid only when the watch has been serviced by Official Time Watch and is non-transferable.
